My name is Linnea Leverson, and I am the founder of MGS Connect, a freight brokerage built on purpose, connection, and compassion. Before stepping into logistics, I spent my career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helping individuals and families navigate life’s toughest challenges. That experience shaped my belief in the power of communication, trust, and meaningful service — values that I now bring into the transportation industry.

I chose to pivot into freight brokerage to meet a growing need in a new way — connecting people, goods, and opportunities on a larger scale. To me, every load moved represents more than freight; it represents someone’s livelihood, someone’s promise kept, and a connection made.

MGS stands for My Good Sis — a tribute to my sister-friends who passed away too soon. Their memory inspires me to live boldly, work with integrity, and build something lasting that honors their spirit.
